Designed in Sweden, this innovative project listed in Kickstarter "consists of a planter that hovers over an oak base via magnetic levitation." The gravity-defying LYFE is a plant growing system that allows you to enjoy mid-air gardening.

Studies have shown that magnetic fields speed up the ripening of certain fruits by enhancing their metabolism. According to the product's page, "LYFE uses maglev technology. The rotation especially benefits air plants, as nutrients are absorbed by their leaves through the air, rather than the conventional root system. The magnetic field of the earth has powerful effects on all life forms, especially plants."

Air plants and succulents in mid-air indoors? Possible!

You experience the wonderful benefits of having plants indoors while also having a stylish (it sports Nordic elegance and minimalism features) decor in your abode. Needless to say, it's the perfect conversation piece!
