1. AkzoNobel announces "Denim Drift" as Colour of the Year 2017. AkzoNobel, a leading paint and coatings company that manufactures the Dulux paints, introduced this beautiful and timeless grey-blue hue (also known as Smoke Grey) as the colour to watch for in the year to come. The company describes it as the "perfect choice" to reflect Dulux's perspective and overriding theme for 2017: "Life in a new light."

Denim Drift is so versatile, it can be used in different colour combinations to suit the homeowner's preference. To complement it, AkzoNobel developed four palettes featuring tonal blue shades, including the Colour of the Year: New Romanticism, Shared Individualism, The Working Home, and Considered Luxury.

Denim Drift is a versatile hue for your home.

New Romanticism is a boho, eclectic palette.

Shared Individualism is a colour palette featuring a fresh and playful mood.

The Working Home is a colour palette that helps you create different zones in the home.

Considered Luxury is a colour palette of subtle and modest luxury.
