5. College student builds tiny home on wheels

College student Bradley from Jacksonville, Florida didn't like dorm life, so he instead built his own abode—a 230-sq.-ft. home on wheels and comes with a large porch. Called Rolling Quarters, the tiny home's interior is described as cabin-like. According to My Modern Met, "Branches and greenery line the walls, and the ceiling is left as its natural color. The design has space-saving details that are synonymous with tiny homes, like storage underneath the stairs, a lofted bedroom, and a foldable table that Bradley uses for studying. This still leaves him room for things like a TV and couch—as well as the ability to host 25 people in his air-conditioned space and still have room for a selfie."
