5 Things You Should Know This Week: 28 November 2017

These are some of the news you may want to know this week:

1. B&O PLAY launches Beoplay M3, the most compact member of its wireless home speaker family

For those who prefer their speakers wireless and compact, check out the Beoplay M3. Powerful on its own, Beoplay M3 is designed by award-winning Cecilie Manz and finely tuned by Bang & Olufsen acoustic engineers to deliver a flexible and immersive listening experience in the modern home. The architecture of Beoplay M3 is based on a simple silhouette. Infinite lines run around the oval shape to draw attention to the detail that makes it confident in its simplicity: the exchangeable cover that adapts Beoplay M3 to your interior style. It comes with a front cover in either premium, acoustically transparent wool blend fabric—created by the renowned Danish textile company Kvadrat—or a pearl blasted anodized aluminium cover featuring the recognizable B&O PLAY hole pattern.

Carefully designed for the home, you can choose between instant music listening with Bluetooth, streaming music directly from your smart device to the speaker, or you can connect the speaker to Wi-Fi for a multiroom setup. The latter allows you to broadcast your music to as many B&O PLAY or Bang & Olufsen multiroom speakers as you have in your home, providing simple control of all speakers from a single intuitive app on your smart device. 3. Niessing's Mirage collection glows this Christmas season

Niessing launched the Mirage collection, an ethereal collection showcasing exquisite workmanship, a hallmark of the German jeweller’s expertise and attention to detail. The fluidity of nature is weaved into each design, reminiscent of delicate wings of dragonflies or of leaves swirling in golden autumn light. Inspired by the play of light and shadow, Mirage creates an illusion, absorbing light in all its facets, while the singular structure of Mirage deepens the Niessing Colors, letting them glow in surprising intensity and warmth. The slender lamellae creates the illusion of a transparent body, with the air inside the jewellery objects shimmering and flickering.

Ms. Chian Yu Xian, spokesperson of Niessing said, "Niessing is the avant-garde of present-day jewellery design, and the Mirage collection reaffirms our standing in providing designs that are timeless, but yet are created with experience, courage, and passion from the Niessing team in Germany that turn into fascinating jewellery design."

The Niessing Mirage collection is available as pendants, brooches and earrings and is available at the new Niessing Monobrand Boutique located at #01-10, Scotts Square, 6 Scotts Road from 27 Nov 2017. Niessing is also exclusively available at Lee Hwa Jewellery boutiques.
