The results of the second edition of Michelin guide in the Lion City has been unveiled. The list celebrates diversity as different cuisines were represented. “This second selection confirms the dynamism and the quality of Singapore’s culinary scene. Its vitality is driven by the chefs who, as real entrepreneurs, continue to invest in and develop new establishments, but also by Singaporeans and tourists who are always looking for new culinary experiences,” says Michael Ellis, International Director of the Michelin guides. French-contemporary restaurant Joel Robuchon Restaurant is still the only recipient of three Michelin stars in the Singapore guide. Awarded with two stars are André, L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Les Amis, Odette, Shisen Hanten, Shoukouwa, and Waku Ghin. Want to know the restaurants in the one-star category? Check them out here.
