2. Dynaudio introduces its first intelligent wireless multi-room music system

You can now move your music whenever and wherever you want. Renowned for its heritage of handcrafted high-end loudspeakers for professional recording studios, cars, and living rooms, Dynaudio launches Music, a family of four intelligent wireless speakers with one-touch simplicity. Each of these speakers adapts seamlessly and automatically to any room or position, and to ambient noise levels for music to always sound pristine. They can also intuitively personalise playlists featuring only the music you love, at the touch of a button.

The built-in RoomAdapt technology senses where you place the speaker, whether it is in a corner, against a rear wall, or in free space, then automatically adjusts itself to each new position and optimises performance to always deliver the best sound possible. RoomAdapt is not simply a “loudness” control or bass-cut filter. The technology optimises volume and tone simultaneously, sensing the room through an on-board microphone and calibrating as it is moved.

All four speakers have intelligent playlists and features, and use Dynaudio’s proprietary MSP cone material in their woofers and midrange drivers. The entire range is now available at AV One Showroom (1 Coleman Street, #01-01/10/21/22, The Adelphi, Singapore 179803) and Stereo (68 Orchard Road, Plaza Singapura, #04-06, Singapore 238839). For a limited time, each new Music speaker comes nine months of free TIDAL streaming.

3. Attend the #TBLblockparty at Tan Boon Liat Building on November 24 and 25

Look forward to mini markets, pop-ups, design talks, workshops, and exclusive deals led by a motley crew of more than 30 showrooms including Journey East, The Providore, Arete Culture, and more.

Tan Boon Liat will also be conducting a building-wide lucky draw where four winners will stand a chance to walk away with $250 worth of cash vouchers. Visitors can simply enter the draw by entering their email addresses.

4. Victoria + Albert releases new "Intelli-waste" bathtub drain

Luxury British bath brand Victoria + Albert is proud to unveil the brand new Kit 36, and a new finish for the Kit 40. With their patented "Intelli-waste" technology, flood protection is now automatic and stylish. It cleverly utilises a magnetic mechanism to negate the need for an unsightly overflow plate, and provides users a peace of mind with genuine flood protection. The bathtub drain is ideal for use in hotels and homes, and is especially appreciated by busy parents with young children.

Following the success of the Kit 40, Victoria + Albert introduces the Kit 36 bathtub drain. Similar to the Kit 40, the Kit 36 works just like a normal “click clack” waste; no separate overflow hole is required. The flood-preventative technology is cleverly concealed below the bath. The new Kit 36 offers a lower fill height whilst utilising the same "Intelli-waste" technology, allowing control of water depth to lower consumption or enabling the installation in shallower bath designs.

Victoria + Albert is also pleased to introduce a new colour finish option of White Metal for the original "Intelli-waste," the Kit 40. This new finish allows homeowners and designers to create a cohesive look when installed with Victoria + Albert’s bathtubs. Similar to the Kit 36, the Kit 40 works just like a normal "click clack" waste; no separate overflow hole is required. The flood-preventative technology is cleverly concealed below the bath.
